Sarah Konen is a Clinical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist at Mountain West Plastic Surgery, specializing in advanced, results-driven skin treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. With years of experience in medical aesthetics, she offers expertise in Skin care analysis, HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling, laser treatments, and customized chemical peels. Her clinical focus includes acne, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, and the treatment of scars, including surgical scars, with a commitment to achieving radiant, healthy skin. Sarah is an integral part of our surgery patient’s pre and post procedural skin care when patients are planning cosmetic surgery with Dr. Hromadka and Dr. Spring. She works closely with the surgeons in clinical planning for optimal post procedure skin and scar appearance.
Raised in the Flathead Valley, Sarah brings a genuine sense of connection and care to her community. She completed her aesthetic training in Montana and furthered her education in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she earned her laser certification from the National Laser Institute.
Growing up immersed in a medical environment, Sarah developed an early appreciation for both the science and artistry of aesthetic medicine. She now blends clinical expertise with a personalized, thoughtful approach—designing treatment plans that are effective, sustainable, and aligned with each client’s goals.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking full advantage of the beautiful outdoors—whether that’s relaxing by the lake, wake surfing, or snowboarding.
