Kristy Ehrmantraut, PA-C attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham surgical physician assistant program, graduating Cum Laude. Since beginning her PA career in 2005, her field of expertise has been focused on plastic surgery, with an emphasis on nonsurgical facial rejuvenation. Kristy’s career in plastic surgery started in Valdosta Georgia where she received her foundation in the specialty. She moved to the Flathead Valley in 2010 and continued her career in the field, joining Drs. Spring and Hromadka in 2015.

Prior to PA school, Kristy worked as a physical therapy technician, nursing assistant in a skilled nursing facility, emergency medical technician and as a medical assistant. She got her first ‘taste’ of plastic surgery when she worked as a medical assistant for a group of four plastic surgeons in Omaha, NE. There she quickly fell in love with the wide variety of patients and procedures that the field of plastic surgery encompasses.

Kristy brings an extensive background and knowledge in cosmetic procedures, surgeries, services, and skin care products to patients of Mountain West Plastic Surgery. Her many roles include assisting the plastic surgeons in the operating room, maintaining the functionality of the operating room and being an integral part of the pre- and postoperative care of our patients. Outside of the operating room, she performs injectables with neurotoxins and hyaluronic acid fillers, she offers chemical peels, micro needling, laser treatments and overall skin care recommendations. She takes pride in listening to her patients’ needs and concerns and works with them to find the best combination of skin care, treatments and procedures. Kristy’s experience allows her to know when non-surgical options are not in the best interest of the patient, and recommends a surgical consult. A caring demeanor, eye for detail, and well-respected skills make Kristy the perfect addition to our comprehensive team.
