Body Contouring Procedures
Cosmetic surgery to remove excess skin after massive weight loss, or to reduce fatty tissue using liposuction, can create dramatic results. Dr. Spring and Dr. Hromadka specialize in body contouring procedures and, in some cases, may combine these procedures to get optimal results.

In addition to these procedures, our surgeons also perform the following cosmetic operations:
Arm Lift: An arm lift, or brachioplasty, removes loose skin from the upper arm that is sometimes referred to as “bat wings.” It can be a stand-alone procedure, or combined with other aesthetic surgery for patients who have lost a significant amount of weight.
Medial Thigh Lift: Our surgeons can reshape and improve the contours of the thighs, which can be a problem area for many women and men. The procedure tightens tissues and removes excess skin, restoring a toned appearance and reducing bulk.
Labiaplasty: Women with enlarged labia elect to undergo labiaplasty surgery for various reasons, both functional and cosmetic. Labiaplasty can help patients who experience discomfort when exercising or during sexual intercourse, or who develop chronic urinary tract infections. Labiaplasty is outpatient surgery that typically takes no more than 1 hour and is performed using either general or local anesthesia.
