Kristy Ehrmantraut – Physician Assistant-Certified
Kristy Ehrmantraut, PA-C attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham surgical physician assistant program, graduating Cum Laude. Since beginning her PA career in 2005, her field of expertise has been focused on plastic surgery, with an emphasis on nonsurgical facial rejuvenation. Kristy brings an extensive background and knowledge in cosmetic procedures, services, and products to patients of Mountain West Plastic Surgery from Missoula, Whitefish, and Kalispell, MT. Her many roles include assisting the plastic surgeons in the operating room and being an integral part of the pre- and postoperative care of our patients.
In the office, Kristy specializes in injectables and skin care to help women and men maintain a youthful and natural look throughout their lives. She performs local skin procedures in the office and specializes in skin cancer and acne treatment, aesthetic lasers, chemical peels, and CoolSculpting®. Kristy moved to the Flathead Valley in 2010 and officially joined GVPS as a full-time employee in January 2017, after working as a contract employee with Dr. Spring and Dr. Hromadka for over a year. A caring demeanor, eye for detail, and well-respected skills make Kristy the perfect addition to our comprehensive team.
Jenny Masa – Lead Clinical Coordinator/Surgical Assistant II
Jenny has been working in medicine since 2002. Her comprehensive education and nontraditional work experience make her an exciting addition to our Mountain West Plastic Surgery team. Jenny possesses strong organizational skills and has the ability to successfully meet the demands of a busy practice; all while ensuring that the patients receive exceptional service and care.
Jenny moved to Montana in 2013, while finishing her masters from University Miami Ohio. She spent six years working in the primate medicine surgery department at U.C. Davis, California with a focus in anesthesia, imaging and emergency medicine.
Jenny has traveled extensively doing graduate field work in Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe. Jenny loves to be outside exploring the Flathead with her family and dogs.
Kathleen Passmore – Patient Care Coordinator
Kathleen joined Mountain West Plastic Surgery in November 2017 and is an integral team member as the Patient Care Specialist. As our PCS, she serves as a personal contact for our clients and works closely with them to make their experience with Mountain West Plastic Surgery as seamless as possible. She is here to help with questions one might have before and after consulting and facilitates surgery scheduling. Kathleen comes to us with an Associate Degree in business. Before joining The HealthCenter in 2013, she was a medical transcriptionist for 11 years.
Kathleen was born and raised in the Flathead and has raised her family here in the valley as well. She has been married to her husband, Blake, for over 33 years. They have three grown children and are proud grandparents. In their free time, Blake and Kathleen are health coaches and are also often found playing with their grandchildren or up in Glacier National Park hiking, summiting mountains, and enjoying the spectacular beauty that Montana has to offer.
Abby Rose – Aesthetician
Abby Rose has worked in the aesthetic field since 2015. She attended the Aveda Institute of Denver, where her passion for medical aesthetics was sparked. Her 4 years of experience in medical aesthetics provides her with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing clients with the best possible care. Abby believes that healthy skin is the best way to enhance natural beauty, and loves to create customized skincare routines for her clients. Working side by side with the medical team at Mountain West Plastic Surgery enables Abby to provide her clients with a comprehensive approach to skin health. As a Montana native, Abby loves anything outdoors. She spends her free time running and hiking with her dog.
Jodi Brown – Medical Assistant to Dr. Hromadka
Jodi comes to us from Georgia with 6 years of medical experience under her belt. Jodi is excited to expand her knowledge of plastics surgery. Jodi is outgoing and loves meeting new people and being a part of a team that helps improve lives. She believes plastic surgery is a unique specialty where every day something different takes place. Jodi’s high energy and upbeat which makes her a great addition to our team. She is looking forward to settling into the peaceful life the Flathead Valley has to offer. Jodi has two children, two dogs, and a husband who all hope to start a family farm at their new home in the spring.
Michele – Front Office Assistant
Michele moved to Montana in 1976. She attended FVCC after graduating from Bigfork High School in 1979. She married her husband Greg and shortly after started a family. After taking time to raise their 3 sons and 1 daughter, she began working in Special Education and did so for several years. In 1998, she began a career in Banking/Mortgage and did so until 2017. Her favorite part of banking was the customers. In 2018 she began her work as an office assistant at Mountain West Plastic Surgery, excited to use her customer service skills in a new and special way.
Lexi– Front Office Assistant
Lexi joined Mountain West Plastic Surgery in July 2019, beginning her experience in the 
medical field. She has 9 years of customer service experience that translate well to working the front lines and assisting patients at GVPS.
Lexi is excited to continue learning, taking on new projects, and building relationships with patients. She attended a summer camp on Flathead Lake throughout her high school years and fell in love with the area. Lexi moved here from Idaho with her hometown best friends in 2016. In the summer, you can find her exploring Glacier National Park or hanging out at the lake.
